Singnify Terms of Service

To use the Singnify Service, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Users under 16 must provide valid proof of guardian consent.

Singnify supports authentication through third-party OAuth providers, including:

• Google
• Spotify
• Apple
• Facebook
• Twitter (X)

By signing in via an OAuth provider, you authorize Singnify to access and use your account information as permitted by the provider’s terms.

• Recordings: All audio and video recordings submitted to Singnify.
• Stores: Digital music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon.
• Metadata: Embedded information identifying content, including title, artist, and label.
• Territory: Worldwide or any specified applicable region.

By using the Service, you grant Singnify a royalty-based license to distribute, promote, and sublicense your content through approved Stores and platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including any linked third-party services.

All uploaded content must comply with Store requirements and these Terms. Singnify reserves the right to reject, remove, or restrict content that does not meet required standards.

• Audio files must be 16-bit, 44.1 kHz MP3 format
• Cover artwork must be square, 3000×3000 to 5000×5000 pixels, 300 DPI
• No unauthorized logos, branding, or text on artwork

Royalties are calculated and distributed quarterly. Withdrawals are permitted once your account balance reaches a minimum of $100 and verification requirements are met.

Singnify may place copyright claims on your behalf for protection purposes. This does not transfer ownership of your content, which remains solely yours.

Singnify distributes content through third-party Stores and partners. Singnify is not responsible for outages, delays, or actions taken by these Stores.

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, violent, or explicit purposes. Singnify reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts.

The Service may integrate with third-party applications. Singnify does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, features, or behavior.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Singnify Service and to adhere strictly to these Terms.

Singnify may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing access. Singnify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
